Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias, will be responsible for:
* Service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCU's etc.) and water system assets, such as booster sets, chlorifiers, water heaters etc.
* Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
* To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias role you must have:
* Maintenance/Facilities Management environment, C&G Level 3 or Level 5 NVQ or HNC equivalent.
* A full UK driving license is required.
