We are recruiting for a Senior PR and Communications Manager.
As the Senior PR and Communications Manager at Dext, you will lead the charge in developing and executing a comprehensive PR, social media and communication strategy. Your role is pivotal in enhancing our brand's presence, fostering engagement, and driving effective communication with our target audiences, stakeholders, and the wider Dext community. The purpose is to position Dext as a thought leader, build brand loyalty, and amplify our key messages across earned media channels and organic social, as well as collaborating with Internal Comms to bring our brand to life for our staff and colleagues.
Communication Leadership

Lead the development and execution of the overall communications strategy, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message.
Work with our PR and Comms agency to support the strategy
PR

Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
Work with our PR and Comms agency to support activation
Partner with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure alignment between external and internal communications.

Create compelling content for various social platforms, driving brand awareness and engagement.
Content Creation

Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for content creation and ensure brand consistency.
Work with the design and content teams to produce high-quality written and visual content for social media, press releases, blog posts, and other communication channels.
Brand Management

Monitor and manage the online reputation of the brand through proactive communication and issues management.
Mitigate potential crises through effective communication strategies.
Brand Perception

Enhanced brand perception and thought leadership in the accountancy industry.
Effective crisis management with minimal impact on brand reputation.
Positive sentiment and feedback from the online community.

Strategic Social Media Management

Effective Communication

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
PR

Proven experience in planning and executing PR campaigns.
Content Creation

Proficiency in supporting the creation of engaging written and visual content for various platforms.
Experience in content ideation and planning.
PR/Comms
~ Familiarity and experience with PR and media monitoring tools for tracking media mentions and monitoring industry trends.

Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and their unique features, best practices, and audience demographics.
Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and monitoring.
5+ years experience working with PR, Comms and Social
~ Previous experience of line management

Ability to lead and own social media and communication goals.
Flexibility to adapt strategies based on emerging trends and industry shifts.
Agility in responding to real-time social media and communication challenges.
Constantly seeks innovative approaches to social media and communication strategies.
Focused on achieving measurable results in social media metrics, brand perception, and media coverage.
