What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Address customer concerns and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
