Our manufacturing client is looking for a HR Business Partner
Our manufacturing client is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their intimate but powerful HR Team. You will collaborate closely with functional Directors, building strong relationships to drive the HR agenda and ensure alignment with business goals.
Lead the implementation and evolution of the Talent Management strategy to enhance leader and line manager capability and succession management.
# Implement core and advanced STEM skills plans to meet evolving business needs.
# Support organisational transformation projects to foster a high-performance culture.
# Act as the HR Business Partner for functions, implementing broad HR plans and acting as a trusted advisor.
# Create and implement future talent programs such as apprenticeship and graduate programs.
# Implement workstreams to increase diversity within the organization.
# Collaborate with the Operations HR Business Partner to ensure a customer-focused, data-driven HR service.
# Utilise HRIS for data-driven decision making and compliance with UK GDPR requirements.
# Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for capability development and future skills requirements.
Experience in senior HR roles within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record in talent development and organizational capability building. Strong decision-making skills and ability to analyse data effectively. High level of PC literacy and HR Information Systems proficiency. Key competencies include driving results, decision quality, collaboration, and courage.
