This consultancy will provide essential support to ongoing maintenance and operations, particularly within an ageing plant environment. The primary focus will be on delivering project requirements aligned with KPI’s and addressing escalated equipment failures. The consultancy will be expected to deliver the Scope of Works within a 3-month timeframe, achieving all project milestones. Scope of works and key deliverables: Overseeing mechanical components, including vessels, machinery, and piping, and ensuring all technical specifications are met Managing contractors and vendors for mechanical works, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines Conducting risk assessments, such as HAZOP studies, to minimise potential hazards and improve plant safety Swiftly resolving mechanical failures and developing robust maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and performance Collaborating with internal teams to drive operational improvements and project advancements Demonstrating a successful track record in delivering projects within regulatory frameworks, such as COMAH and PSSR Competency requirements: Chartered Mechanical Engineering status Expertise in regulations such as COMAH, DSEAR, and CDM Significant history in service provision in chemical manufacturing or process industries Reach out to discuss how your services can meet these specifications or submit a Business Profile for consideration
