Modulift, based in Poole, is a global engineering and manufacturing company specialising in “below-the-hook” lifting equipment used to hoist boats, wind turbines, helipads, bridges, buildings and even film sets – all over the world. Our equipment can be found in over 30 countries including the UK, Europe, United States, Asia and Australia.

We are seeking a confident, bright, motivated individual to join our Sales & Marketing team, to be the voice and face of Modulift on the customer frontline. You will be dealing with sales enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders and providing marketing support. There’s no cold calling with this role and full training will be given. The role is based at our bright, modern offices in Holton Heath, Poole. Working 5 days a week with an early finish on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with marketing activities such as social media, website management, e-newsletters and exhibition bookings.
  • Answer customer queries by phone and email, generate new quotes and process sales orders using our CRM system.
What we are looking for
  • A people person who is confident communicating with customers, internal teams and suppliers such as road, sea and air freight companies.
  • An organised, motivated individual who uses their own initiative to problem-solve and prioritise tasks.
  • A fast learner who can pick up new processes and systems.
  • Basic numerical and written literacy with at least a C in GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1+ years’ experience within a B2B Sales, Customer Service, Marketing Administration, or similar role.
Role Specifics:

Availability:  We are seeking 1x Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our well-established Sales & Marketing Team.

Location:  Office Based – Holton Heath Trading Park, Poole.

Working Hours:  Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:30. Friday 08:30 to 16:00 (total of 40 hours per week).

Holiday: 20 days pro-rata plus the Christmas Shutdown period and UK Bank Holidays.

Facilities:  Free on-site car, motorbike and bicycle parking. On-site shower and changing facilities. Tea and coffee provided to all staff.
