The Opportunity

We are seeking a focused and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our Asphalt business to cover the Scotland. You will bring a passion for identifying and cultivating business opportunities for our Scotland Asphalt plants by developing relationships with both new and existing customers.

It isn't essential for you to have experience within the same industry, but we are looking for someone who can demonstrate increasing sales through effective business development and excellent customer care.

Who you are

  • You are confident expanding and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers to drive sales growth.

  • You will develop and nurture business relationships with accounts, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and targets.

  • Youll raise the Aggregate Industries brand within your designated sales territory and win new business.

  • You will focus on generating high value sales to new customers across your territory , seizing every opportunity.

  • Generate and present commercial reports to assess performance and inform strategic decision-making.

  • You will monitor and manage market share performance in line with agreed expectations and analyse both won and lost work to inform future sales strategies

  • You'll confidently agree and achieve margin and volume sales targets set for the territory.
