Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Band 5/6 Community Nurse to join our team in North London. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with the appropriate professional or regulatory body (NMC) and will bring clinical experience working with adults in a community setting.
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Initially 3 months, ongoing contract
Full-time/Part-time
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Driver: Yes (Driver's license required)
Diabetes management (insulin, etc.)
Standard community nursing duties
Provide clinically sound and compassionate care to adults in the community.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Utilize strong clinical skills to address a variety of community nursing duties.
Band 5/6 salary range: £00 per hour
