Visas and Right to Work: We are not able to sponsor visa applications at this time. As a Lead Developer, you will be at the forefront of one of our development teams, driving the design, development, and deployment of our software solutions as well as maintaining a suite of existing systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet both our high standards and our clients' varying needs.
Lead the development team in the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable software solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting code reviews, writing tests, and documenting your work.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Contribute to the strategic planning of the company's technology roadmap.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in C# (v5 and newer), ReactJs, and SQL.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects.
Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Microsoft SQL.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory/Entra, and Microsoft Graph.
Microsoft certifications.
