Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* Execute 75% of tasks hands-on, contributing to maintenance contract delivery.
* Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities and reactive call updates.
* Ensure compliance with statutory building regulations.
* Coordinate visiting contractors and engineering services.
* Manage Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) with administrative support.
* Provide technical assistance to the engineering team.
* Undertake minor works projects as needed.
Qualifications as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* Fully qualified engineer with a robust understanding of electrical systems.
* Proficient in building management systems (BMS) and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems.
* Experienced in maintaining large-scale electrical systems in buildings.
* Access to abundant overtime opportunities in a dynamic commercial office environment.
* Dedicated contract administrative support and guidance from our qualified Account Manager.
* Flexible working hours: 07:00 – 16:00 or 08:00 – 17:00.
