We have an opportunity for a Theatre Practitioner to join their amazing ophthalmic team. This is a full time role for 37.Identifying and discussing the nursing problems or needs with the patient, relatives and other staff as deemed necessary. Promoting the incorporation of discharge planning into patient care, ensuring safe discharge of day surgery patients. Participate in the training and development of other staff. Plan, implement and evaluate care according to changing health care needs. Current NMC or HCPC registration. previous ophthalmology scrub experience . 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service. Private Pension Scheme.
