Sales administrator - Peterborough - long term temp job with a great company: £Sales Administrator
JOB TYPE: long term temp assignment
5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Peterborough - secure parking on site & close to bus stop
34 per hour including holiday pay
Our client is the market leader in their sector and has just completed a very exciting next phase of their growth and development. As a result of the growth, they need an extra person in their sales administration team because they are so busy. Eventually, the plan will be to convert this position to a permanent member of staff but for the time being, it is a long-term, secure temp assignment (all will be explained on application).
Taking reservations and initiating all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support such sales, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects. • Building up good working relationships and having a continuous liaison with both internal colleagues, suppliers and external third parties. • Supporting colleagues based away from the head office with admin tasks• Complying with and uphold company policies and procedures
5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, typically 9am - 5.We're looking for applicants with experience of sales administration / customer service experience that can demonstrate problem-solving skills because, in this job, each case will be unique and slightly different. You'll need brilliant communication skills because you will be working with a wide range of clients, colleagues and professionals on a daily basis by phone, email and letter. The work is varied and really interesting and you can be sure of a long-term job with hopes to convert to a permanent job. It's a good hourly rate / salary for positions like this in the local area and once you've been trained, you'll get plenty of autonomy to manage your own work load without being micromanaged.
