At the moment, this role sits at the intersection of GTM Enablement, Content Strategy, Product Experience, Learning and User Voice and will be primarily focused on:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives that engage and enable our users, using data-driven approaches to refine content, product learning and community strategies.
Community Strategy

Collaborate with the Community Relations Manager to develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to enhance user satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.
Oversee community management initiatives, ensuring a vibrant and supportive community ecosystem.
Empower your team to collect and analyse user feedback, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for product education and product experience content.
Setting strategic milestones to ensure our users are given the very best help and support they need across all channels.
Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality documentation and educational materials to empower users to become experts, providing peer-to-peer support across our owned community platforms and other community led platforms.
