Job Title : People Business Partner
Salary : c£45-50k DOE + bonus + benefits
Location : Glasgow (hybrid - 3x per week in office)
Are you an experienced People professional with a passion for the outdoors who loves a fast pace, building and executing creative solutions, who can hit the ground running to make a positive impact on people and business?
Working internationally and reporting to Alison Lapping, People Director, you’ll enable the scaling journey by delivering effective people operations and partner with managers to execute people strategies that improve performance, capability and colleague experience.
We’re looking for a confident and proactive People Business Partner with strong operational foundations and early business partnering experience – someone who is eager to grow, learn and make an impact in our scaling business at an exciting time in our growth journey.

~ Consult with and coach managers to deliver people-centric solutions that drive business results.
~ Create and deliver development workshops for People managers.
~ Execute talent and succession strategies and support managers to maximise internal mobility.
~ Update our policies to ensure they support our culture, objectives and colleagues experience.
~ Analyse data and insight to inform people decisions.
~ Support the management of any employee relations issues and process payroll.
Bachelor’s Degree.
~4-6 years of People (HR) experience, including 1-2 years in a Business Partner role or similar.
~ Effective project management.
~ Not essential, but would be a bonus if you have;
~ Experience of German employment practice.
