Job Opportunity: IAM Project Manager - Application Onboarding (SailPoint IdentityNow)

Position Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityNow Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing and optimizing processes for onboarding corporate applications to the SailPoint IDN platform in a client's complex IT environment. You will lead a team to design, develop, and deploy robust IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve the process of integrating corporate applications with SailPoint IdentityNow in complex IT settings.
  • Lead and oversee a team of IAM professionals, fostering an environment of growth and development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the IAM solutions meet business and security requirements.
  • Provide project management and consulting expertise, focusing on stakeholder management, project delivery, and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing SailPoint IdentityNow projects within complex IT environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams in technology-driven projects.
  • Strong project management and consulting skills, particularly in stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in SailPoint IdentityNow or related IAM technologies are highly desirable.
