Job Description
- Driving business development in the transport and distribution sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base.
- Assume responsibility for the overall sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimise logistics processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Manage relationships with key clients.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Tactical BDM should have:
- A robust understanding of the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Strong skills in business development and logistics management.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base.
- A track record in "hunter" logistics sales.
- Assume responsibility for the overall sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Be able to self generate new business leads with prospective clients
- Coordinate with other departments to optimise logistics processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with key clients.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
