Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
On behalf of an excellent organisation, I am seeking a nurse qualified Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN) to join the team at my client's excellent nursing home in the Nelson area. The Nursing Home is a general nursing and dementia Nursing Home that provides outstanding and bespoke care to all of the residents. This is a larger than average nursing home with a wonderful reputation. This exciting opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion, for an experienced and dynamic Nursing Home Manager to lead the team and continue to drive the Nursing Home.
The successful Nursing Home Manager will be supported by an experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager and expert Unit Managers to ensure that you can provide the best care possible.
I am seeking a dedicated and caring Nurse qualified Home Manager (RGN/RMN) for this position. The ideal person will have a proven track record with CQC and a portfolio of good' or outstanding' rated reports. In addition, you will have senior management experience and experience of managing teams of people. Essential Skills and Experience of the Nursing Home Manager:
• Experience of working within a Nursing Home Environment at management level.
• NVQ Level 3 or working towards NVQ Level 5.
• Excellent care planning skills.
• Nursing Home Manager, Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead Nurse, Manager, Unit Manager, Team Leader, Team Manager, Registered Manager.
