We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Marketing & Recruitment to join our team.

We re looking for an experienced, highly motivated project management professional to join our team as the Senior Project Manager. You ll be at the heart of what we do, delivering projects and heading the team of two project managers (one in post, recruiting for the other) to drive success. You ll be known for getting things done , a critical thinker who adapts quickly and has a delivery-driven approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you ll bring to the role

  • You lead from the front and are passionate about your contribution
  • Demonstrable experience of leading projects that integrate and/or align people, process and systems
  • Experienced in delivering complex projects from conception to closure
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional project teams and diverse stakeholders on an international scale
  • In-depth knowledge and application of project/programme methodology
  • Experience in a senior project/coordination role, managing a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outcome focused with a goal-driven and delivery-oriented profile
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with and influence a wide range of audiences
  • Experience of implementing improvement and enhances to processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication including ability to write project documentation such as project briefs, presentations, reports
  • Self-motivated with a curious nature with a desire to learn
  • Diligent, assertive and commercially astute
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to a dynamic workload, with the ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and change
  • Working knowledge of project planning, collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday, Miro, SharePoint)
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS 365
  • Commitment to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace

Desirable

  • Passion for international education recruitment
  • Experience of working in international or higher education sector
  • Experience with CRM software (particularly Salesforce)
  • Exposure to working with global teams and across different time zones
