Due to a number of new contracts being secured, Collard have a number of opportunities for Site and Project Managers with demolition experience across the South East and potentially further afield.
In this role you will be responsible for the on-site management of projects ensuring delivery in a safe and efficient manner, on time and within budgets.
Managing various demolition activities, soft strip, non-licensed asbestos removal, structural demolition, reduce dig, crushing and pile mat installations etc
Ensuring that the site is managed compliantly within Company management systems and legislation
Recording and monitoring the quality of the works through progressive stages of the test and inspection plans; the objective being to produce a quality job, first time.
Working towards and reporting against target construction programmes available from contract information
Providing details for the contracts manager to be able to produce short-term programmes for specific work areas
Management of any site staff absence
HSQE compliance and completing all site management HSQE inspections and reports.
First Aid Training
Temporary Works Coordination (1 day)
Must hold a full driving UK licence
Membership to Institution of Demolition Engineers (or working towards achieving this) Desirable
Fire marshal
A competitive salary depending upon experience

We have grown year-on-year into a multi-disciplined provider of demolition, remediation, earthworks, waste management, recycling, virgin and recycled aggregates and ready-mix concrete.
