In Service Engineer
(Contract Term: 10 months

A lot of work has been conducted by the Field Army A&RP Evolve team to improve the Army's ability to produce Event Level Forecasting. The next stage is to enable the full automation of the production of the forecast utilising the Fd Army suite of tools. As a In Service Engineer, your main responsibilities will be:
Work with Field Army and Army HQ to develop the templates required for each Event conducted by the Field Army.
Develop the Activity and Resource Planning (A&RP) Evolve Automation process that clearly articulates roles and responsibilities across the Enterprise.
Expand the process to cover all LAND Vehicles covered by the current Activity and Resource Planning process.
Review the current processes and identify opportunities to improve the processes across the Support Enterprise.
Review the ECOSYSTEM being developed by Field Army IX Programme.
Engineering qualification (IEng or equivalent) / Engineering background
Engage with all stakeholders, especially the Field Army and Army HQ, to ensure their buy-in to the process and ensure that the new programmes being delivered (CR3, AJAX, BOXER, ARCHER) consider the A&RP Evolve process requirements.
