Identifying target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaigns and activities, ensuring to maintain brand integrity across product lines and all communication, as well as leading post campaign analysis and cascading recommendations
Manage and execute day-to-day activities associated with all marketing including project management, activity tracking and reporting.
Help to support Marketing, Social Media, Sales Team, E-commerce, Education, Customer Support, Design, International Sales and all internal departments.
Develop and co-ordinate marketing and communication plans for the brand, to include launch programs, promotional activity, e-mail campaigns, advertising, exhibitions / events, training
Build relationships with and support management of third-party agencies, including PR and editorial, copywriters, collateral and merchandising production and printers - checking marketing copy, co-ordinating sign off of all marketing materials, ensuring the design and messaging meet brand objectives and guidelines.
Ensure all projects are completed within the given timescales and with given budget
Minimum of 3 years marketing experience
Degree educated in marketing or business
Experience in retail, fashion, cosmetics, jewellery, hair care or skin care
Creative yet Analytical
