Nursing Home Manager

Salary- £75,000- (Depending on Experience)

Monday- Friday 9-5pm
40 Hours per week

( The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for a beautiful nursing home in Bedford. As a Care Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home. Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and familiar with all the relevant legislation and regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the home provides high-quality care and support to residents, whilst meeting financial targets and maintaining full occupancy.

Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals who are committed to delivering person-centred care.
• Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
• Manage the home’s budget, ensuring that financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the home’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
• Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that the home is a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.

Previous experience of managing a nursing home.

* A good working knowledge, with a proven record of CQC standards and can work towards achieving Outstanding.

* A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home.

* Enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care.

* Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service.

NMC registered nurse in the UK- Desirable but not essential.

* You will have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills with the procedures and processes in place to help you at every step.
