This is a new opportunity within a specialist life science recruitment busiensses. The objective is to establish and build out a team specialising in the life science contract market. Solid track record of billing within the contract market coupled with managing a team and building out a vertical is a prerequisite. The opportunity will suit a Senior Recruiter looking for an establsihed business with a positive cash flow to support the division's build out and growth.
You will come from a life science / life science engineering or manufacturing (CDMO) contract market background with a proven track record in winning contract business and delivering on that business. Existing experience in building out and growing a vertical will be of real interest. This is a high performance, high reward recruitment opportunity. It will only suit a driven and ambitious recruiter looking to lead and grow a team within a professional recruitment business.
