Over de rol

Wij willen dat zonne-energie voor iedereen mogelijk wordt en net zo makkelijk als het bestellen van je nieuwe gadget in een webwinkel. Jij als back- end developer gaat samen met ons super gemotiveerde team zorgen dat alle processen die we bedenken ook getest en gebouwd kunnen worden. We zoeken mensen die gedetailleerd zijn, robuuste API’s en stabiele systemen bouwen die toegankelijk zijn voor iedereen.

We zien toekomst in slimme systemen die samen het energieverbruik van huishoudens en bedrijven verduurzamen en hebben daar slimme mensen zoals jij voor nodig.

De functie

Als Back- End Developer maak je applicaties en systemen, helemaal op maat en naar wens van jouw collega’s. Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe technologieën en softwaretoepassingen. Je brengt hoogwaardige IT-oplossingen in de praktijk en zorgt dat het werkt op een snelle, intuïtieve en stabiele manier.

Bij Soly hebben we korte lijnen, en beslissen snel. Je hebt alle ruimte om je werk zelf in te richten en we houden van assertieve zelfstandige mensen. We focussen ons op de lange termijn en zijn bereid daarin te investeren. Focus op kwaliteit en schaalbaarheid is wat ons drijft.

Alle development werkzaamheden voor de verschillende landen waar we actief zijn (Nederland, België, Italië, UK, Duitsland en Zuid-Afrika) worden uitgevoerd vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Groningen. Het is dus een zeer uitdagende en leuke functie om uit te voeren

  • Wat jij denkt dat nodig is om een robuuste IT-infrastructuur en oplossingen te bouwen;

  • Kwaliteit borgen door tests te automatiseren;

  • Monitoren van performance en het squashen van bugs;

  • Tools en oplossingen ontwikkelen die onze collega’s en klanten het leven makkelijk maken;

  • Een rol spelen in de uitbreiding van ons team.

    Jouw profiel

    • Je kan samen met het product team de juiste technische oplossing bedenken voor de doelen die we willen bereiken;

    • Je hebt ervaring met het automatiseren van deployments via CI en/of CD en weet wat je daarvoor nodig hebt;

    • Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring;

    • Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar;

    • Je bouwt liever prototypes dan dat je een hele dag in een brainstormsessie zit;

    • Je hebt ervaring met PHP en framework Laravel;

    • Je reduceert graag complexiteit, cross-team issues en kan een juiste balans vinden tussen het leveren van kwaliteit en het houden van momentum;

    • Je bent intrinsiek gemotiveerd om veilige en goed schaalbare applicaties te maken;

    • Passie voor het samen werken aan software;

    • Je ziet jezelf als medior maar wil je graag door ontwikkelen en weet wat je daarvoor nodig hebt.

        Over Soly

        Solyis een internationaal Clean Energy Tech-bedrijf met een missie om zonne-energie voor iedereen beschikbaar te maken. Het bedrijf werd in de zomer van 2013 opgericht door de broers Patrick en Milan van der Meulen.         Het Soly platform heeft in 2021 een plek gewonnen in de Deloitte Technology Fast50. Soly is een impact gedreven bedrijf en sinds 2018 B-corp gecertificeerd.
