Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm

Are you a quality enthusiast with an eye for detail? As a Quality Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring products are top-notch From conducting inspections and tests to performing audits, you’ll help keep standards sky-high.
Your commitment to quality will help to deliver excellence, and you’ll play a key role in making sure everything produced meets industry standards and wows customers. We are Busy Bee Recruitment, an awarding-winning recruitment agency supplying both temporary and permanent staffing solutions throughout the UK to our client base spanning multiple sectors including: Sales & Marketing, Admin & Customer Service, Technical & Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing, Finance & Accountancy, Care & Education, Supply Chain & Logistics.
Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
* Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Document and report inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
* Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
* Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment and tools.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Technical degree or certification in quality control or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
* Strong understanding of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.
* Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment (e.g., Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
