Produce all standard Group House type Working Drawings and Standard Details from Design drawings. Group Senior Architectural Technician Responsibilities:
Provide knowledge of Building construction and technology to the team. Liaise and provide back up to Divisions providing them with information and dealing with any queries that arise from the office and/or sites. Communicate with Regions/ Divisions both at office and site level. Communicate with all Regulatory bodies required. Qualified as an Architectural Technician/Technologist to HNC level as a minimum Autodesk Revit experience essential Good organisation and Task Management skills. Excellent presentation skills An eloquent communicator interfacing with Divisional teams, sites and regulatory bodies. Seniority level Entry level
