Our client is seeking a qualified nurse with managerial experience to fill the position of Home Manager in Preston. This presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in nursing and leadership to take on a pivotal role within our client's organisation.


As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a handsome salary of £55k. You'll also enjoy 33 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays. This role is based in the vibrant city of Preston.

As the Home Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the nursing team effectively.
  • Use your extensive knowledge of CQC standards to ensure all regulations are met.
  • Handle EMI/Dementia management duties.
  • Participate in CQC inspections and ensure positive outcomes.
  • Leverage your managerial experience to drive team performance and patient satisfaction.


Package and Benefits:
As the Home Manager, you'll be offered:

  • An annual salary of £55k.
  • 33 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.


The ideal Home Manager candidate will have:

  • Active NMC pin
  • Solid knowledge of CQC standards and inspection processes.
  • Experience in EMI/Dementia management.
