Contract Details:
- Duration: 3-month contract
- Location: London-based, with the flexibility for remote work and 1 day per week in-office attendance (on average)

Position Overview:
They're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interim FP&A Consultant to take ownership of critical financial functions including budgets, forecasts, and KPI analysis. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in assessing key variances, developing insightful reports, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPI dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Analyze key variances and trends, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Prepare weekly revenue flash reports to monitor financial performance in real-time.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
- Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives within the FP&A function.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling is essential.
- Previous experience in a PE-backed environment and SMEs is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in FP&A roles, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
