We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Premises Manager to join our School. This crucial position will oversee the physical environment of the school, ensuring they are safe, secure and well maintained.

As Premises Manager, you will lead the team responsible for ensuring the School is a safe, inviting, and positive learning environment for pupils, staff and visitors. You will also help the School to run as efficiently as possible, following good sustainable principles and play a key role in setting the estates strategy and maintenance plan for the entire campus.

You will be responsible for the management and operation of premises-related functions at the School including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, cleaning, and lettings of our facilities. You will manage all premises-related contractors and contracts and play a key role in the day-to-day implementation of the School’s Health & Safety Policy.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Safeguarding checks will be completed as part of the recruitment process, including an enhanced DBS check prior to employment commencing.
