Our Finance, Risk & Compliance practice are looking for anexperienced technology focused Financial Crime Senior Consultant / Manager to join theteam

Wehelp our clients to better understand how financial crime can be carried outthrough their organisations and to put in place targeted controls, enablingthem to manage this risk efficiently.

What you will be doing

You will be supporting the following types of clientengagements:

  • Assessing and benchmarking the effectiveness of firms’ Financial Crime regulation, legislation, and industry best practices
  • Implementing and/or optimising Financial Crime technology solutions such as client lifecycle management and KYC capture, transaction monitoring, customer screening and payment screening
  • Supporting data quality assessments, data transformation/data integration (ETL) and data visualisation.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of vendor products commonly used to combat Financial Crime
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify top Financial Crime risks and helping firms with mitigation plans and roadmaps
  • Designing and supporting the implementation of Financial Crime target operating models
  • Designing and implementing a range of key Financial Crime controls, translating regulatory requirements into business and functional requirements that describe the system, data, process, and control changes required to achieve compliance
  • Leadingthe planning and delivery of Financial Crime change programmes and projects

You will alsobe involved in supporting the development of the Financial Crime team and ourgo-to- market propositions through: 

  • Support driving key deliverables across our consulting projects effectively
  • Raising visibility of our Financial Crime capability, both internally and externally
  • Supporting the development of innovative Financial Crime thought leadership
  • Supporting in business development activities by identifying new business opportunities, responding to requests for proposals, and proactively networking
Your skills and experience
  • We are looking for passionate and curious individuals who have excellent relationship building and communication skills, and thrive in a team environment
  • Experience working with SQL, Python, VBA, or other programming languages is desired
  • Experience operating within the Financial Crime space
  • Demonstratable knowledge and understanding of the current Financial Crime legal and regulatory landscape and key regulatory initiatives
  • The ability to constantly learn and grow whilst delivering results in a challenging client-facing environment
