As an eCommerce Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team to achieve our

ambitious growth goals. You'll dive into various aspects of our operation, including

copywriting, product maintenance, content creation, data analysis, and communication

across all levels.

Bringing your previous experience in eCommerce or a similar field, you should have strong

time management skills and a good grasp of analytics, spreadsheets, and data

management. Experience in retail or a role requiring meticulous organisation would be

advantageous.

We are looking for a proactive team player who is eager to get involved in all areas of our

eCommerce operations. You will utilise your existing skills and be open to learning new ones

to help generate income and reach new audiences. This role is based at our Rotherham

head office, working closely with the eCommerce team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

● Assist the eCommerce Manager and digital team with daily admin tasks.

● Schedule meetings, standups, and team events.

● Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.

Project Coordination:

● Help track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

● Manage workflow and task assignments within the team.

● Keep project management tools updated with current information.

Communication:

● Facilitate communication within the digital team and with external partners.

● Handle correspondence related to digital projects.

● Keep team members informed about updates and deadlines.

Data Management:

● Organise and maintain digital files, documents, and databases.

● Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for the team.

Support for Digital Marketing Efforts:

● Assist in preparing content for digital marketing, including social media and email

newsletters.

● Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms.

Coordination with the eCommerce Manager:

● Regularly update the eCommerce Manager on administrative and project-related

tasks.

● Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

● Provide logistical support for initiatives led by the eCommerce Manager.

Team Assistance:

● Support team members with specific tasks as needed.

● Help onboard new team members by providing essential resources and information.

● Ensure smooth operations within the team by addressing any logistical issues.
