The Customer Experience Executive - Export plays a pivotal role in providing world-class customer service to their international partners.Collaborate with the Head of Export to onboard new partners effectively, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for managing customer interactions and order processing.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or export operations is preferred.
Business Administration, International Business, or related field is desirable.
