Our client an Automotive Bespoke Repair Specialist in the Redhill, Surrey are are currently looking for a Trainee Customer Service Administrator to join their Automotive Customer Service Booking and Administration team. 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support within our clients Service and Aftersales department .

Responsibilities as a Trainee Customer Service Administrator include but not limited too:
  • Receiving incoming calls and managing the reception desk with a focus on high-level customer service.
  • Presenting services and skills over the phone to secure bookings.
  • Meeting and greeting customers, confirming booking details, and coordinating with the workshop team.
  • Handling customer enquiries via various channels including email, social media, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Managing diaries using internal booking systems.
  • Clearly communicating repair requirements to customers, addressing any concerns, and facilitating decision-making.
  • Serving as a key liaison between customers, workshop staff, and office personnel.
  • Accurately updating customer information databases.
  • Generating invoices and processing payments.
  • Liaising with customers, workshop staff, and external subcontractors.
  • Assisting the Office Manager with Health & Safety responsibilities.
  • Participating in the training of new office team members.
  • Providing support to the Office Manager and performing additional duties as required.
  • Assuming responsibility for team and duties in the absence of the Office Manager.
