Job Description

This is a full time 6 month cover role with potential extensions:

Role Purpose:

To provide support to the Crewing Department with administration & co-ordination of Offshore Personnel

Key Areas of Responsibility

Ensure all crew hold the required project and company competences/certification required for the job prior to mobilization.

  • Arrange project specific and renewals of offshore training.

  • Maintain accurate and secure personnel files for permanent staff.

  • Arrange travel for Crew Changes in the most cost effective and timely manner.

  • To be an ambassador for the Company when dealing with colleagues, clients and other external personnel.

    Key Tasks

    Ensure all relevant Offshore certification for crew is current and up to date and recorded within the HR/Caiman system.

    Arrange renewals of offshore survivals and project related offshore training as required.

    Arrange visas and work permits as required.

    Liaise with the travel company to organise travel to meet project requirements and deadlines.

    Ensure Purchase Orders are raised, approved, and issued to Agencies prior to commencement of Project.

    Ensure timesheets submitted are accurate.

    Check and sign off expenses in line with the expenses policy.

    Check Travel Invoices prior to approval by the Head of Finance

    Provide Project Support as required.

    Key Measurables

    All data/information is produced and recorded in a timely and accurate manner.

    Systems within the Offshore Crewing Department maintained accurately.

    Successful completion of internal and external audits.

    Education and Qualifications Specific to Role

    Essential Qualifications

    Grades C or above in Math’s and English at GCSE Level

    Proficient with Microsoft Office (word/excel/outlook)

    Desirable Qualifications or Equivalent Experience

    Previous Experience in the Offshore Industry

    Previous Experience in the Travel Industry
