Senior Business Development Manager - Hair and Beauty Sector
Our esteemed client, a leading player in the hair and beauty industry, is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, our client is dedicated to providing top-quality products and services to their discerning clientele.
As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be entrusted with spearheading strategic initiatives to drive growth and expand market share in the hair and beauty sector. Continuously assess market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new avenues for revenue generation and business expansion.
* Leverage your deep understanding of the hair and beauty sector to anticipate market trends and consumer preferences, informing product development and marketing strategies.
* Executing Acquisitions: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including high street retailers and distributors, to facilitate successful acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
* Trade Show Management: Plan and execute engaging trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our client's products and enhance brand visibility within the industry.
* Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and gap analysis to identify untapped opportunities for product innovation and portfolio expansion.
* Supporting Partners: Provide ongoing support and training to our network of stockists and distributors, ensuring they are equipped to effectively represent our client's brand.
Proven track record in a similar business development role, preferably within the hair and beauty sector.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate strategic partnerships and execute acquisitions with major retailers and distributors.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Hybrid working schedule.
Full time, Permanent.
