The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a proven track record in partnership management, and an extensive network of business contacts. This role is crucial in driving sales performance; and overall business success by nurturing existing partnerships and forging new ones.
Office Based, SR1, City Centre, Sunderland
Several years leading a sales team or division with strong resulting performance.
We work Monday – Friday with an early finish on Fridays.
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive sales and revenue growth through a range of affiliates
Leverage an existing network of businesses to establish and nurture strategic partnerships
Identify and onboard new partners to expand our network and service offerings
Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to maximise their performance and drive mutual success
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of partnership initiatives with overall business objectives
Extensive network of business contacts and connections within North East England
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred but not required)
