Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance program, ensuring that the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. The ideal candidate will have a background in an FCA-regulated environment and possess strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage an effective legal compliance program.
- Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
- Draft and revise company policies to reflect changes in FCA regulations.
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
- Manage compliance audits and investigations into regulatory and compliance issues.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and prepare necessary documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
- Conduct regular training sessions for employees on compliance issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Compliance Manager in an FCA-regulated environment.
- In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations and standards.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
- A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
- An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
