Main activities (under the supervision of EMEA Project FP&A Manager)
  • Projects financial reviews:
Help to track, monitor project financials and to improve revenue recognition, margins, cashflow.

Participate in monthly project reviews with Project execution team.

Assist in completing the migration to a new ERP (Oracle)

Ad hoc financial analysis
  • Month end close tasks:
Participate in Projects Month end close tasks for EMEA legal entities

Produce monthly reconciliations and ensure AVEVA rules/IFRS15 compliancy
  • Finance Planning and Analysis / Reporting and dashboards:
Improve and prepare monthly Projects dashboards to provide insightful financial and commercial analysis to leadership and management teams

Active participation in Projects Monthly forecasts: provide reports and consolidate EMEA Services forecast Ad hoc support on EMEA revenue forecast, ARR and other dashboards.

Skills
  • Finance degree or equivalent
  • Experience in Controlling, FP&A or Audit beneficial
  • Fluency in English - another European language is beneficial
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SAP and Oracle (Oracle Project Program Management is a plus)
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting related roles
  • Autonomous, empathic, assertive, stress resistant and embracing changes
