A great opportunity to work as an Assistant Site Manager for an award wining, innovative modular construction company
Reds10 is an off-site construction specialist, providing clients with a full turnkey service to design, finance, build, equip, fit out, operate and hire modular buildings. To ensure the highest Health and Safety standards on site and to ensure quality control checks are carried out.
* To assist with the day-to-day running on site of a Reds10(UK)Ltd construction project to keep within the timescale and budget of a project, and resolve any delays or problems encountered on-site during the project.
* Assist with managing the construction programme and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations
* · Assist with sample and control panels and quality control procedures and ensure they are followed at all times
* · Use BIM models for information, discussing the model with the team to inform consequent execution of work.
Project delivery in terms of time, cost, quality, safety standards and client satisfaction
* Delivery of the agreed profitability of the project
* Compliance with all Reds10 ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives.
CSCS card essential
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ideally working towards a Construction qualification
* SMSTS qualification preferred
* Excellent people management skills
A Competitive salary, with regular performance reviews
* 25 days Holiday (pro-rata) - 3 are kept back for Christmas as the office is closed between Christmas and New Year.
