Your new role

As our new Project Manager, you will lead diverse projects related to offshore wind developments primarily in Northern Europe. You will take on responsibility for your own deliverables applying an analytical approach and structural understanding to create innovative solutions – with the aim of further shaping and enhancing our service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage execution of our scope by steering subject matter experts, coordinate and review work products
  • Complete projects for offshore wind farms around the globe along the entire project lifecycle, develop practical solutions to multifaceted challenges
  • Support an array of client types (e.g., project developers, seller, lenders, governments and non-governmental organizations) to successfully deliver offshore wind-related projects globally
  • Get involved with potential projects already in the proposal stage, delivering scope and cost inputs to potential projects
  • Work on different packages depending on the needs of the specific assignment

Your new team

You will be part of our global Offshore Wind Advisory team working on wind farm developments worldwide. Based in one of our offices in Sweden, you will join an established and vibrant team of highly talented and engaged wind energy experts. You will collaborate with local and international colleagues and play a critical role in defining and delivering projects, creating innovative solutions, and shaping and enhancing our service delivery.

These include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a master’s degree or other advanced degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in offshore wind project development, execution and / or operation within a project developer organisation or in an Owner’s Engineer role within the relevant field
  • Profound industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development
  • Experience in negotiating complex construction contracts
  • High integrity and team spirit, proactively engaging with others and offering support when required
