Caretaker in Broadstairs)

Experienced Caretaker required to work within an educational setting.

You will be required to support in all aspects of estates maintenance to include:

* Unlocking buildings

* Security checks

* Maintenance within buildings and grounds

* Minor repairs to buildings and equipment

* Carry out routine inspections and checks

Skills required:

* Previous experience in a similar caretaker role is essential

* DIY level of skill in woodwork, painting, plumbing etc

* An understanding of Health & Safety

* Able to multi-task and prioritise workload

This is a temporary role requiring an immediate start, offering full-time hours; Monday to Thursday 5am-1.30pm and Friday 5am-1pm.

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
