Duties include: Providing full legal support to one fee earner Diary management Onboarding new clients and carrying out KYC checks Preparing letters and emails Digital dictation Billing Initial drafting of basic wills and LPAs Dealing with correspondence and ensuring all correspondence and documents are accurately filed in the case management system The successful candidate will have: Commercial experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in a Private Client practice Basic understanding and application of Wills and Probate Laws Previous experience with Legal software packages and/or case management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Package: £28,000 25 days annual leave Excellent pension scheme Legal Services benefits Flexible working Free on-site parking If you feel you meet the above criteria, please apply online for immediate consideration
