Basic 28-32k plus 8-10k commission A stable well-established company with a great reputation in the construction industry. Friendly sales team made up of an interesting mix of characters. Strong management team with little staff turnover. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated capable of contributing to the team. They will be organised and have a good work ethic. They will be comfortable on the phone and teams. LONG-TERM CAREER- The role would suit an ambitious enthusiastic individual looking to grow a long-term career. A background in telephone sales would be useful but the concept is to grow the individual with the company. The team is stable and experienced and so we are looking to bring some new blood into the mix.

• In the beginning you would be working with the sales manager/director making appointments and learning the business. As your knowledge increases so the role would develop.
