Job Details

  • Within the Claims Analytics team, you will have a tangible impact to the business through delivering analytical insight into claims and counter fraud performance

  • Monitor, understand and communicate the drivers of performance

  • Influence claims, operational spend and customer outcomes

  • Scope, implement and track the impact of initiatives and strategies

  • Streamline processes and improving controls

  • Own projects from start to finish, proactively identifying opportunities and solving problems through a combination of quantitative analysis and business insight


Skills we would love you to have

  • Solid background in Claims ideally home

  • Advanced numerical and analytical skills

  • Ability to interpret complex data, bridge data gaps and identify areas of risk

  • Experience of coaching and mentoring team members and delivering through others

  • Programming languages - SQL and ideally Visualisation Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
