Workshop Account Manager Vacancy - Wellingborough Commercial Vehicle Dealership

A leading commercial vehicle dealership is seeking a Workshop Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will understand the HGV workshop environment and be responsible for managing client relationships. Strong communication and IT skills are essential for interpreting customer requirements and presenting business information.

Responsibilities ofWorkshop Account Manager:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders in the commercial HGV sector
  • Identify new business trends and opportunities to drive growth
  • Conduct meetings with customers and workshop teams to share information and resolve issues
  • Achieve sales targets by fostering existing relationships and generating new business
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients
  • Negotiate agreements with customers and partners
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry developments
Requirements of a Workshop Account Manager:
  • Experience in the HGV commercial automotive sector and related technologies
  • Strong communication, IT, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
