London, United Kingdom Sportandrecreation Full time

Contract: Fixed term, One year, 37.5 hours full-time (minimum 4 days a week will be considered)
Access Sport is a national charity with a vision that no one should be excluded from the transformational benefits of community sport. We are on a mission to make inclusion the norm in community sport by tackling the access barriers faced by disadvantaged and disabled young people.
We do this by training, equipping, and supporting community sports clubs, organisations, and volunteers to provide inclusive programmes, unleashing their potential to transform the lives of underserved young people in their local communities.
All the clubs we support are invited to join our Inclusive Club Network. Access Sport income has grown by 62% in the last two years and is set for further growth over the next three years as we implement our Stand for Inclusion growth strategy. Core income streams include trusts and foundations, statutory funding, corporate partnerships, special events and challenge events. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to support the team to achieve this growth.
Whether this is your first role in fundraising, or you are looking to use skills already learnt to join an exciting and growing charity, you will have the scope to develop in a varied role, giving you the opportunity to have a big impact. It’s an incredibly exciting time for the charity with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow and make a big difference to young people’s lives.
The role will include Fundraising Support, Events Support, Corporate Volunteering Support, Communication and collaboration and Administration.
Experience of volunteering or working in a charity in a fundraising capacity.
• Demonstratable experience of supporting others to achieve their goals in a voluntary working environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
The role will require some travel for partner meetings, conferences and to different Access Sport offices, as well as occasional unsocial hours including evenings and weekends
We are actively seeking to diversify and create a workplace that is welcoming for all, ensuring that our workforce is representative of wider society and the communities we support. To apply, please complete the application form on the Access Sport website here: Fundraising and Events Coordinator Application Form Once you have submitted your online application, please email your CV and Equal Opportunities Monitoring form to Careers@AccessSport.org.uk with your full name and role applied for in the subject line.
