Rushcliffe Spencer Academy is a highly successful 11-18 comprehensive school located in West Bridgford, Nottingham. Rushcliffe Spencer Academy has been judged outstanding in all areas by Ofsted and, in 2021, was reaccredited as a World Class School for the second time.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and creative leader, capable of inspiring our young people and colleagues.As Head of Faculty, you would be overseeing the departments of Economics and Business, Psychology, Sociology and Health and Social Care. For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates who are able to teach Business and/or Economics.

Rushcliffe is a popular and successful school in a pleasant, suburban area of Nottingham. It has a strong tradition of pastoral care, academic success and extra-curricular enrichment.
