Role Overview:

As the Support Staff Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the test day staff recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with exam board procedures, facilitating training, and maintaining performance standards. You will also coordinate and maintain a team of examiners, interlocutors, invigilators, and test day staff, fostering a collaborative and flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the test day staff recruitment lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and payment.
  • Ensure compliance with exam board procedures and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain the extended team of examiners, interlocutors, invigilators, and test day staff.
  • Collaborate and work flexibly with other departments to ensure smooth exam administration.
  • Develop and maintain systems for efficient test administration.
  • Communicate with external partners such as Cambridge/British Council regarding staff management.
  • Stay updated on exams information, changes, and requirements.
  • Handle inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Proficiency in various IT packages.

  • Team player with a commitment to acting in the best interests of staff, candidates, and the test center.
  • Experience in staff supervision.
  • Experience in delivering training, formally or informally.
  • Experience in an international context, working with clients.
