As our Pastry Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing our dessert menu, delighting our guests with your culinary artistry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative and visually stunning dessert creations

Design seasonal menus that showcase your creativity and incorporate high-quality ingredients

Ensure all desserts are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination of dessert preparation and service

Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies

Maintain a clean and organized pastry station, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment

Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, flavor profiles, and plating aesthetics

Strong creative and artistic abilities to design visually stunning desserts

Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
