This position requires a dedicated Global Mobility Specialist with significant experience in managing international assignments in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resources management and will be responsible for driving global mobility strategies.

Description

  • Manage and coordinate international assignments and relocations
  • Drive global mobility strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Advise stakeholders on immigration and tax matters related to global mobility
  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations
  • Provide support to employees on assignment, including pre-departure, on-assignment, and repatriation stages
  • Handle escalation of any issues or challenges related to international assignments
  • Continuously improve the efficiency of global mobility processes

Profile

A successful Global Mobility Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficient knowledge of international employment law and tax regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive approach to work, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
